Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Policy To provide the highest level of care and respect each client’s scheduled time, Sana Therapeutics maintains the following policies: 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. Mobile Appointments Due to travel time and preparation, mobile sessions are held to the same cancellation policy and may require a non-refundable deposit.
